Dr Philippe Nuss
is psychiatrist in charge of the first episode and dual diagnosis unit
of the Saint-Antoine University Hospital, Paris University where he is
an Associate Professor.

He is involved
in secondary prevention and psycho education of adolescent and young adults,
mainly suffering from schizophrenia and bipolar disorders. He is also involved
in basic research on membrane biology to identify vulnerability markers
for patients with schizophrenia.

He is an active
member of several international scientific societies (International Early
Psychosis Association, Schizophrenia International Research Society, International
Society for Bipolar Disorders, Schizophrenia International Research Society
and French Society for Biological Psychiatry). He is member of several
international expert panels on schizophrenia and bipolar disorders. Dr
Nuss is an expert at the French Agency for Drug Market Authorization. And
at the National Institute for Health Education (INPES)
